General Shipping Info:
If the free shipping option is selected your order will ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS based on which is more economical for RPP Hobby.
USPS does not offer real-time tracking, but instead provides delivery confirmation only. A "package number" is provided by us at time of shipment via email.
Orders of $250.00 and above will be shipped direct signature required.
You may choose to waive the signature requirement. RPP Hobby cannot honor any lost package claims for the order if signature requirement is waived. Orders of $500.00 and above will require direct signature - this option cannot be waived regardless if the waiver option is selected.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Express shipping orders must be placed before 12:00pm (Noon) PST (Pacific Standard Time) if they are to ship the same day.
FedEx Express and UPS services offered DO NOT include Saturday as a delivery day. Shipping days are weekdays ONLY.
All orders over $50 are insured.
In the event a package is lost, stolen or damaged, RPP Hobby will not replace or refund the order until the insurance claims process is completed. This process takes approximately 10-15 business days.
International Orders:
Li-Po (Lithium Polymer) Batteries Cannot Ship International. All International orders placed with Li-Po (Lithium Polymer) batteries are subject to cancellation or removal and refund of the battery.
Traxxas Products Cannot Ship International. All International orders placed with Traxxas products are subject to cancellation or removal and refund of the item(s).
USPS First Class International is available for light weight orders. This is intended as an inexpensive option to ship small parts orders. These orders may be shipped in padded envelopes and are NOT insured. There is no insurance coverage in the event of a lost, damaged or stolen package. Buyer assumes all risks. Delivery may take two to eight weeks and this method is not trackable and not insurable
International orders can take 1-3 business days to process.
Duties/Taxes/Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
RPP Hobby will not undervalue a shipment. We insure applicable orders for the full product amount.
