If your looking for the worst customer service, products, shipping and overall website. You need to take your service elsewhere, because this company has the best customer service, top quality products, fastest shipping (and I mean fast), and there website is on point, to the t. I honestly don't know why anybody would go anywhere else. This is the place to purchase all your RC upgrades, replacement parts, this and that's. And let me be the first to say, these gear shafts are 100%. Couldn't be happier with the raw quality, these shafts provide. Not to mention the extra HP they add. These shafts are so powerful that my front gears are being eatin away, before I even put them in! You read that right, (i think they were scared). Rpp even sends me candy canes when I order things. You just can't beat them. 100% pleased, 100% of the time. 0 respect for the competition.
