Paint bubbled	October 19, 2016

After sanding this paint off three times my husband just gave up and used another paint . He was painting his tamiya Toyota high lift. He read the online instructions, watched YouTube videos and everything that based on the instructions.
Don't know if it was a bad can of paint or not but he was not happy with the results.
