I bought these axles for my SCX 10.2 Trail Honcho so I could use the original AR44s for another project, these worked out to about the same cost as a set of AR44s and these look nicer under a Yota.
They use the same gear ratio and what looks to be the same ring and pinion gears, the difference is that the front axle is an offset type compared to the center pumpkin on the AR44, performance wise this makes only a minor difference if any at all.
The installation was a bit challenging as there are no instructions provided to tell you why it comes with links but it wasn't anything difficult. The curved link is the Panhard, the short one is the servo to knuckle steering link and the long one is the knuckle to knuckle steering link. I did need to provide a single new screw for the 3rd link, the AR44 uses a very long one, this needed a short one.
Also they are painted with the same soft paint as the other RC4WD axles and scratch easily, revealing the shiny cast metal.
